Ah,well I really don't think the issue is flex but more the focuser draw tube being out of square....this is going to be tougher to deal with.

I checked images taken with my ST8300 and the ML 8300 and both show exactly the same distortions in the same place.

I can't see any way to adjust the draw tube, so I'm contemplating pulling everything apart in an effort to find out ware the problem lies.

Cause,not looking forward to doing It but I feel the tilt is too severe for this scope to perform well....too much of the field is out of focus.

I strongly believe this is a manufacturing fault and If I researched the BabyQ before buying I would of found that these scopes were released on the market with issues! shame on you Tak!

So,I would not recommend the BabyQ to anyone out there unless they want a very expensive paper weight period!


Anyway,a mans got to do what a mans got to do I guess.
