I am all over them like a bad smell. Not going to let them get the better of this one. Some bloke this morning who I could hardly understand, (so what else is new) tried to tell me this is all I can expect. I promptly told him I wanted it escalated yet again or I would be going a lot higher than his pay grade. All of a sudden I have another new case file #. They are going to hate me, but that is the way it goes. If I was getting 750KB/s before it moved to big pong, I should still get it as nothing has changed except the provider.
