PHD Guiding problems with LX200GPS

I am having troubles with guiding with my LX200GPS. Last night I was imaging M8 and noticed that my image showed double of everything, it was like a 3d shot. I adjusted the Mx Dec down from 750 to 120 and that fixed the problem. Now I am getting slight tick shaped stars and assume I still have a way to go with the settings. I would love some assistance as I am not sure what all the settings do and really just need to set them to the correct settings for my setup.

RA Aggressiveness 120
RA Hysteresis 10
Max RA duration(ms)1000
Search Region Pixels 15
Min Motion (pixels) 0.15
Time Lapse 0
Dec Guide mode Auto
Dec Algorithm Resist switching
dec Slope Weight 5.00
Max Ded duration (ms) 120
star mass tolerance 0.50
Noise reduction 2x2 mean
Dither Scale 1.00

No RA only dither Checked
No use subframes checked

My setup is an LX200 GPS on wedge using a 6.3 focal reducer. I am Guiding with a Meade DSI11Pro on a Vixen VMC95L. The details are as below
Apiture 95mm
Focal Length 1050mm
F11.1

Any help would be great as I think I am getting very close to getting images rather than night after night of plying with software settings..

Very Best Regards
Mardy
