Tumbling satellite @ M57

Hi all, I got a few hours of 5 minute exposures of M57 last night and one frame caught this tumbling satellite. Due to the FOV of the 14" at F10 being less than half a degree it must have been rotating quickly, or of a very hight altitude IMO. I have seen naked eye rotating satellites, but never like this through the eyepiece.

Feel free to add your own experiences on such objects.
