Its what you are using now to access IIS, probably Internet Explorer (IE6) or maybe Firefox.
If you look near the top you should see the iis icon and something like
http://www.iceinspace.com.au/forum/.....
If you click on this text if will go blue(?) then just type file:///C:/Program%20Files/Desire/desire.htm over the top and press enter.
Just realised cracked 300 posts at this rate should soon be 400
