Hi everyone. I've been playing around with the helix data I collected at A.F this year. I stretched the bjezus out of it, trying to expose the faint northern loop (somewhat succesfully) but had to tone it down because of horrible noise

You can still sort of see it if you use averted vision

maybe... Lots of little background galaxies though

Details: LRGB-360,150,120,150. All subs 10 mins binned 1x1. TSA 120. SXVR-H16. Astronomik filters. Maxim5 PS 5 I just had a look at Mike's 2 hour AG 12 effort

Impressive, but the colour in my shot looks a bit better
