Many of the well known internet goods and service providers get scam emails sent on their behalf from time to time. They usually have an email address that you can forward the scam to and they will look into it. paypal is one:
Think you might have been sent a phishing email?

Don't click on any links or attachments. Forward it to spoof@paypal.com.au, and then delete the email straightaway.

When I get these type of emails I always check the real company for a "scam bin" and drop them a copy. They always respond with a thank you and say they will investigate.
