I recently used my banks internet banking bank-to-bank transfer facility, it allows for overseas transfer, didnt even have to leave my poota. Cost $20, cost more if you go in to the bank to organise a TT or wire transfer.
Once I understood the online instructions
, got the other banks name, address and routing number it worked a treat.
However not all banks offer this service mines HSBC (one the best in my view)
