I've been shooting at M27 this week and trying to get some sort of a clean view of the outer halo, but all I can really get is a smudge of it around the target. I think it needs a bigger hammer than I have here to see it
2 versions here, both HaO3O3, 5Hrs Ha with 20 and 30 min subs, 3Hrs40Min O3 with 20 and 30 min subs all Binned X1. GSO RC8, QHY9.
No flats on these, there is something wrong with my flats at the moment
The first one is SDmask combined and the second is Sum combined and pushed a bit. Just levels and curves.
I'm sure I can see red Jets coming out each side of it, it's clearer in the Summed version.
