www.damianpeach.com) he has a guide to seeing conditions.It is a bunch of youtube videos showing what good and bad seeing looks like.I found it very helpful to be able to judge how good seeing was so I knew what to expect when I processed my images.I have a nexstar 8SE and it is a very nice scope and I did get some pics of Jupiter last apparition.I think I used 1/30s exposure and max gain.
