Can't say I've heard of anyone installing lining to keep inside the dome cool, Ken. The Sirius extractor fan kit would certainly assist with air flow during hot days. I haven't had the need to install one. If I'm not mistaken the dome is 'double walled' to assist in both heat and strength.
