Yep a 155 ought to out perform my 60mm. Very crisp and sharp image. Great detail in the prominences but I am not a fan of your colour scheme. Just does not look right to me, but each to their own. Since the Sun is officially a G2V star (which is apparently white) I guess most any colour will do.
