Arrived last friday.Not as useful as I'd hoped for birding.Basically brand new.

Its a three section monopod,that is 67 cm when closed up,and 1 metre 61 cm when extended,has a very nifty bolt on top,which allows either 3/8 or 1/4 thread,so can be attached direct to camera,or you put a ball head mount or similar on top.Its a very sturdy robust and well made item.

Great for sports or portrait photography.
