Cheers Graemet, I just got a copy of Amateur Telescope Making - S.F.Tonkin (Springer 1999) and can't wait to get started. I've being doing a ton of info collecting vai google and have got my hands on the excel cacuations file. Will search for the thread and gather more info in prep for the project
I'll document for others which my have a go at it once i get materails and plans in place.
