I can't give you any info on the scope on ebay.
If you check out some of the frieght forwarding companies you may be able to get a scope from the states. I have used a company called shipito,com to get an orion guide scope from the states. There are a number of these companys you can use.
I found the freight prices competive.
Which ever scope you end up getting you will enjoy it and the great people on IIS will be able to help out with all your questions as they have with mine.
