Your live processing presentation was inspiring Rogelio along with everyone elses for that matter. I have just started out in Astrophotography and really astronomy for that matter. Since the prensentation I have installed and played with Pixinsight (trial) and I am finding it much easier than photoshop to learn. I tried PS first after Kens presentation as I was thinking this would be most usefull to learn given you can use it for other things but I just got frustrated very quickly.
One thing that I learnt quickly last night was you cant turn bad imaging data into good data
I think that is the area that I will need to work on as a new starter to AP.
Until then I would love to get some good data to have a play with in pixinsight. Does anyone host raw data online?
Also wondering if we can organise a discounted price for pixinsight for conference attendees or iceinspace members?
