Slept in for once, after staying up for the shuttle launch. Spent all day in the garden watching that first quarter moon rise over absolutely perfect Winter skies. Having a quiet evening with family then might head out after moonset to try some more widefield tripod shots. I received a beautiful 1500 piece Ravensburger jigsaw puzzle representing two globes of the night sky
