Ok, I retract my bollocks.
We never get to see the "negotiating" pms (nor should we) but we sure read about some of them when sellers get upset.
Donating and giving away are not selling items and good on those who do. Allan's 10 are a jovial way of looking at human nature, when selling - many ask top dollar (often not taking into account one or a combination of Allan's list) or when buying - make a ridiculously low offer they may bite (its a pm offer so nobody here knows).
