Well, I thought they were very humorous and quite true too. A great list of suggestions.

It is OK to point out valid objections as Steve has done, and whilst the individual objections themselves can't be flawed, the point being made here is simply that to sell an item quickly and easily, avoid doing these things that make it difficult for a prospective purchaser.

Sure, if you want your sale to be long and drawn out and possibly not happen at all, you can include some or all of the "don't do's", and you haven't done anything wrong as such, - you just may not sell your item.

But to be fair Allan, your own recent piano advert in "Non Astronomy" informs us you're - "Gone for a few weeks so I'll answer when I get back"
