Thanks to all that have replied.
I have a lot of information on what to try now.
Thanks heaps everyone, and When the rain clears again I will try these pieces of advice and try to remedy the problem.
I love my LX200 as some have dubbed " the coffee grinder " and I would love to get it back working properly again.
