yep 3 weeks and counting. I wonder who's bright idea it was to run a conference. The workload increases exponentially as it gets closer - laugh - no pain - no gain but.
I have some really exciting stuff organised that I will keep quiet for then moment but part of the conference will be to give back as much as we can in doorprizes etc.
Ken and rogelio are packed and ready to jump on the plane and are looking forward to meeting us all as well as some giant Australian jumping rats - ok kangaroos.
From what i have seen so far the talks will be fantastic. They cover all levels from beginner to expert and there should be something in it for everyone.
Can i just encourage everyone to make yourselves known to the presenters and discuss anything you like regarding imaging. This will definately increase what you get out of the conference instead of just sitting there and being entertained. The presenters, I am sure will be only to happy to discuss imaging techniques etc as this is what the conference is all about. It is about knowledge dissemination not just a showcase for images (although a few pretty pics help as eye candy).
I look forward to meeting you all - you wont miss me - I will be the short balding little guy having a nervous breakdown.
