Thanks Mike the reducer is a meade 6.3 sct reducer no one seems to know how well these things work on a Newt
so don't tell anyone will you
. I measured the distance between the same two stars off the laptop screen and the reducer works @ .75. The only problem now is accurate focusing and collimation. Is that cateye thingy you use any good?.
