When the alarm went off at 3:45 it looked worth the chance of going out. By the time I left home we'd had more rain.
Not that far from home, from 4:30 to 6:05 the Moon ducked in and out of the cloud bank. After that a solid wall of cloud sent us home. Pics at 04:30 were ~100th sec at F8. At 06:00 it was 0.5sec at f5.6. I'll see how they turned out - eventually.
SWMBO said it poured at home just after I drove out. We had a couple of hits of misting rain, and some fog.
