I however did not...big time

Ended up getting Chinese food last night and ate chocolate... not to mention bad snacks on Friday night when I went out to dinner with friends. And the left over bad food today... not happy with myself

Need to learn the meaning of moderation and actually stick to that definition
Feeling really horrid now and intend to go for a very lengthy walk shortly once my ipod has synced with some upbeat music. At least things are slowly changing. Usually I would just shrug and sit on my butt all day, I'd never even consider going for a walk. Now I feel so so guilty and upset
Don't know why I do it when it makes me feel so bad! Silly brain!
Better luck for this rest of the day and tomorrow onwards. I have learnt a very valuable lesson this weekend...
