Seems everyone is doing really great, woohoo!
I've only lost 200g this week LOL, down to 83.25kg now. Had a really bad weekend food wise so serves me right

still managed to do 4 days/45 mins each day of walking last week so that must have kept the kilo's from crawling back up. So I'm pretty happy with still losing a little bit. Aiming for a full kg or more this week, done 4 days of walking so far and intend to make it at least 6. Another 5kg and I reckon I'll fit back into my size 12 work pants. Ohhhh yeah!
