Well weekly report, I am happy to say I have dropped below the 80kg mark, last weigh in I was 79.8kg and that was this morning. I think I would have lost more but kids sausage sizzles and one night of naughty Hungry Jacks, kept my weight up near 81.5kg

I just have to resist those cravings now... Still eating lite 'n' Easy meals for dinner, Lunch an Apple or orange, Morning tea I have 1 tuna and rabbit food sandwich, breakfast I just have a high fibre cereal. Seems to be working with the Walking I am doing also.
