Seems to be Omega season, here is mine done with 5d MKII and TV 2x powermate.
So, I bought the Tele Vue 2" 2x powermate. The first night the seeing was dreadful but I suspected it may have been the powermate but a couple of nights ago I gave it a spin and I have to say with a bit more tweaking (why is there always more tweaking to do grrrrr) I think it may just work out. My scope is a orion 102 premium refractor, not sure why it has the name premium though as I seem to get fringes around everything, even more noticable with the power mate. There is a lot of noise as I just used some darks from a library and they were not tempreture matched
Anyway, here it is Orion 102 5D MKII and the Tele Vue 2" 2x powermate.
