The first shot was mainly just contrast adjustments in raw, though I bumped the vibrance slightly as the raw seemed a little dull, and desaturated the yellow and red channel a little as they were a bit overpowering (probably from the vibrance adjustment in retrospect). Then in PS I did a levels adjustment on just the sky to darken it a little - even using 5 stops (or was it 6?) of grad filter when I shot this the sky was a little bright with the sun lighting it up. Then did a minor sharpen.
Apart from that there's nothing else, I have a polarising filter almost permanently attached to my lens which helps bring out the colours more/cut out the glare
