Acrux a1 and a2 maybe
Had another go imaging and over the last few days been using the battery without recharging it. Failed on me but when the battery goes the mount make all sorts of funny noises.
Managed a star drift alignment test, not sure if this is possible with my combination was practicing tracking accuracy on Acrux and managed to capture 2 stars.
What I don't know is have I captured a1 and a2 or have I captured another star BSC HR4729.
4 arc seconds feels a bit close for a 300mm Canon EF 75-300mm lense. Cheap lens so not expecting much. I accidentally deleted some other images on the camera of much shorter exposures but have them backed on my Netbook but too late to extract them.
