I am impressed. That is a hard galaxy to do and you've got it very well.

In a way, I find your image annoying in that I have imaged it as well
a few months ago with gear that cost 10 times more than that and mine is
no better - grrrr.

These GSO RCs really are incredible bang for your buck.

Greg.
Cheers Greg, but still not even close to Martin's image. I couldn't go longer than 10min subs due to flex but I do have an orion OAG on order so that will solve the flex issues and then I can try and get a new deep Lum layer for it.

I've been thinking about getting the little RC6 for a "grab n go" imaging scope. If it performs half as good as it's big brothers, I'll be happy
I could push it a bit harder but it starts to get noisey. More data would be best. Don't know of anyone here with the RC6, I think a few people on CN own one.

Yes, thank you nettie I'm enjoying a bit of FL. And you stop using that Tamron lens, your making me want to spend money I don't have

Well done.
It wasn't looking too good yesterday when I combined them Doug. But a bit of Lum stetching and sharpening brings it up a bit. Not too bad for x2 binning I guess, a lot better than the one I took at astrofest with the tak last year.

Time to sell that expensive gear Greg and get onto the GSO bandwagon mate. The 12 is looking good so far.
That 2nd one is sum stacked paul, the thing is really dim and summed definitely gave me more data, but it was full of artifacts and noise I have run the hasta lavista green fixer over it and have replaced the original image, it does look better, thanks.
