We've had a visitor for several weeks so have been cooking more substantial meals than usual. Back to the two of us next week, so we can make changes.

* cereal - OK, I have one or two hi-bran wheetbix with Special K, toasted muslei and a handful of Brazil nuts plus low fat milk. Anyone see any problem here?
