Sometimes it doesn't take much to get through a plateau. Even something as simple as adding in a few small snacks in between your main meals can help. Something healthy like fruit or some carrot/celery sticks even, that's what I did the first time and somehow it worked lol. I think I also changed what cereal I was having in the morning, as I got too much into a routine. Kind of makes your body go "what!? What's happening?" and it will respond

Wow J, that's incredible! When I first starting losing weight wayyy back in 2006, it dropped over at first. I lost 10kg in the first month, it was awesome! Haha. This time round, I've lost just over 6kg since the beginning of May, so I'm pretty happy with that

Can't wait to be back in the 70's though! Ohhh, it's been so long...

Only 3.6kg to lose and I'll be 79.9kg
