I am getting back on the diet also. Good luck with it Shelley, it will be well worth it. I have started walking during lunch at work, I only get 30 mins so its a quick walk.. I am currently sitting on 81kg, and having lite 'n' easy dinners, lunch is a single sandwich with fruit, Breakfast is a high fibre meal with fruit also.. I only started this not quite 2 weeks ago and have lost 3kg. But being the beginning you tend to lose it quit then find a stable rate. Last time I went on a diet I got down to 75kg, but didn't stick to it, and put it all back on... not anymore, had enough of looking like an overweight beach ball
