Thanks all! Seems im heading down the right track with my processing finally
FYI I am using Astronomik type IIc filters. and eXcalibrator to give me an idea of the colour ratios i need to use during stacking.
Guy: Yes im using the corrected version which will future proof me for larger CCD's.
