Hi Warren,

Absolutely beautiful! Plus well done for your good deed for the day.

In all these years, I have only ever seen one and in that instance I heard something
hit a glass door here, went out to investigate and found one on the balcony laying
motionless on its side. It struck me how beautiful it was and compared to a
Kookaburra, how small it was - but he looked dead. However, after laying motionless
for a minute or two, it became animated, shook itself and just like that, flew off again.
It would have been nice to look at it some more but I was relieved it was still alive.

So thanks for sharing the shots and that and your story have helped brighten the day!
