I was sitting out in the sun this morning reading and getting warm. When I heard a bird hit the wall of next doors house I went to look and saw some magpies attacking a Sacred Kingfisher picking it up by it's head well I saw the magpies off they don't attack us as we feed them and they can recognise us. And put my jumper over the kingfisher and brought it inside to examine it. Well he was sitting on Pam's hand not scared and no panic. So I took the chance to get some photo's close up not a usual opportunity well the last photo was taken and he flew off into a nearby tree so I think he is ok.
