Vela SNR

Hi all
Thought I would show an example of the sort of pics I hope to be getting next year.
This one taken with a Nikon 85mm at F2.8 with an Sbig ST8i and 6nm Ha filter.about an hours exposure.
At the moment trying to get a 180 F2.8 ED working very sharp but hand focusing is bugger , anyone know where I can get a rubber belt to connect a jmi focus motor to the focus ring of the 180.
If you like the look of this image check out John Gleasons web page , makes anything I'm doing look like crap . Mind you he takes his time , usualy 7 or 8 hour exposures but its worth it .
Ive got the lens etc riding on top of an LXD55 that came with the SN10 for a mount that looks like it was made in the dark and sounds like grinder it has better PE than the G11. ideal for unguided widefield pics .

Thanks
Zane
