Another month, another Full Moon.
Trying to get back into the rhythm of astrophotography, during the May Full Moon we had great clear skies and I setup the ED80 and Canon 40D to capture some more images of our nearest celestial neighbour.
I used the same setup and same procedure as
my last capture in April, but this time stacked about 65 images. The seeing was terrible, even at the short focal length of approx 1000mm. But I'm happy with the results here.
I think these ones are sharper and I like the greater contrast in these when compared with my
April efforts.
