I captured this thru my little $200 auzzie 80 x 400 AR (which is really the guide scope for my wide field set up.) prime focus at iso 1600 140 seconds (approx) and using standard 300d unmodified camera. The mount is a "xelasnave tuned" eq5 mount and I lucked into a good polar alignment preparing for widefield shots, so I had a go thru the "guidescope".
Thanks all for your kind words and not being over critical of the colour. Here is one with the pink removed
