  • Are there better times to view the sky at night, say 10pm or 5am?
  • Are there better times to view the sky in the year?
  • Should I find the darkest place to view from?
  • Should I leave my bino's outside for 30mins prior to obeserving?
  • Any other tips would be great?

ok right now the moon is rising later, sooooooo on sundown, get

1) A banana lounge out

2) Lie on it with binoculars and concentrate on the area between the southern cross and false cross. Some very large binocular clusters there.

Later on moon will be out so not really binocular territory.
