It was really 'superb' which I consider to be better than excellent. The view thru the well-collimated f/5 8" reminded me
very much of what i saw thru a 12" or 14" SCT. I watched it for like 5 hours. Anyone else do that? Now this morning i see why, nice high cirrus clouds= frozen atmosphere. also the full moon increased the atmospheric pressure and made it clear. yay!
