After the usual gear.
1/ Check its better than one of Mike Sidonios vain zoom ins (not hard really)
2/ Add noise to an other wise perfect image to fake detail.
3/ Ignore the stupid random white dots.. leave them fat and distorted, who cares. And suck the colour out of them, they deserve it, punks.
4/ Colour adjust to a vauge organic-film-nostalgic effect.

Seriously, it's quite nice, great scale - nice...the detail does look
proceesed in as you say though
