Your pics have turned out pretty well, and esp like the lighthouse (?) one.
It can take a lot of practice to get the focus right, still drives me bananas sometimes, and a lot of people actually put a mark on the lens where focus is right. Even with Liveview it is still difficult.
Looks a great spot to take images.
