Hi,

Have for sale an 8" Bintel Reflector on a Dobsonian mount.
it includes two eyepieces, 1 1/4" adaptor, finder, eyepiece holder, basically everything you need to start observing.
focuser is a standard 2" focuser.

Primary and secondary mirrors are in excellent condition, it gives some very nice views with the included eyepieces, and being F6, is well suited for planetary observing with the right eyepieces and / or barlows.

I have made some modifications, mainly to the body as can be seen in the pictures.
i had to cut the sections off to save weight as I had to fly with it.
I'd made two small holes near the focuser, doesnt hamper in any way, minor marks on the body.

other than that, its in great condition, not very old.
you can easily collimate it even without a collimator (rough collimation using your "eye")

I also have the original boxes it came with. so I can pack it for shipping if preferred at your cost. (standard thermocol for normal transport)
