Congratulations on the new scope. Never used one myself, but reports are generally good. As Peter said a couple of extra EPs will certainly help, but you will be able to see alot mith just the 26. That EP will give you about 96x which is about a mid range. With a long focal length of 2500mm you will have a fairly narrow FOV with that one so big target will be harder to see, so I would look at a nice widefield. I have a Meade 34mm which gives me 44x and I think a power about 40 to 50x is nice. Might be hard to get that low but something like a TV Panoptic 41mm will give you 60x. At the other end of the scale a 13mm Nagler will get you about 190x. Of course these can be expensive items so maybe just enjoy the views in the 26 for a while till you are used to the scope and know where you want to head.
