Hi
I found an excellent Mars simulator by Mr T. Ikemura of Japan at
http://www.kk-system.co.jp/Alpo/MS2005/MSmenu.htm and spent an enjoyable hour trying to identify features from a Mars image I captured on 9th Dec at 9:15am AEST.
I managed to track down some key features and have labeled them on the image generated by Mr T. Ikemura’s simulator.
