Indeed it must take the wisdom of Solomon himself to mediate this forum! I congratulate all concerned on very good job on what must very difficult and time consuming process and maybe at times seem thankless? it must be very hard not to appear to arbitrary in your judicous duties?
But, (there is always a but with me hehe) my question is why was there no prior warning to persons concerned - a moderator should have at least interjected and warned all concerned before going to the next level - deletion or termination as like to call it.
Sorry but I must be used to years of being on a lot of yahoo groups were there is very, very little moderation, and warnings prior to going to that level are de rigour! and remember yahoo posts mostly go to all members via email!!!
also they tell you and exlain when they have deleted something, which is only curteous mebbe? not just a bemused and bewildered member thinking what did they do that was so bad!!
derision or ostracization from the yahoo group members as a whole usually stops any trouble, and that is a very democratic process imo
i think it should be vendors beware on such an open group as this!
PS the rights of the individual are as equally important as the rights of the entire group in a true democracy - I think?
