Being a night shift worker my excitment at having what promises to be 5 perfect weather nights off in synch with my rostered days off and the arrival of my new QHY10 camera had me drooling. So staurday came along (but not all my parts from B----L) and i tipped my hat to the thought that I might have bitten off a few too many changes.. A new camera, first outing with Maxim, introduction of an OAG to name a few. Once the night started I had other problems with Win 7 adding too many COM ports to count and EQMOD not recognising the EQ6!!! Luckily I had my netbook but then I had to load drivers for everything. After many frustrating Hours I only managed to get this one pic of M8 after I got everthing going. 7 X 300S total 35 Mins with My C9.25 with 0.63 Focal reducer. To finish I overcooked the Flats with my lightbox leading to severe viginetting but this pic is a crop of the best bits.
What does that song say? We shall overcome!
BTW this is my first go at processing a Pic in DSS with FIT files
