no idea if i am running 64 bit ie9 or 32 bit the only thing different is the product id everything els is the same even the version number
i even uninstalled it twice and reinstalled it twice go figure
i made sure i downloaded the 64bit version from 2 different ms sites
in other words i give up !!!!!
