I have one but have only used it with a Toucam and a Samsung CCTV camera.

In both cases it wasn't very successful as it cut too much light.
In the toucam it tended to give everything a slight blue colour.

I didn't like it for DSO astrophotoraphy in the Toucam, but it works fine in the same camera when used as a guide camera.
Guiding couldn't care what colour the stars end up, and I don't need to see faint Nebula in a guiding camera.

I did a test between the GS IR/UV and my Astronomiks IR/UV and the difference is VERY noticable.
Baader and Hutech apparently give similiar results to the Astronomiks.

The Astronomiks lets through more light and cuts off at the right places: IR and UV.

The GS goes slightly into the visible either side of IR and UV cutting some of the wanted light.
Apparently Hutech and Baader give similiar results to the Astronomiks.
